Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira was born on May 26, 1978 in Campinas Sao Paulo, Brazil. She is a well-known actress by her roles in Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira joined the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime at the beginning of March in 2020. Her current role is analyst managing the Assassination Witness project as well as a core member of GI-TOC's inter-governmental engagement group. Her research at the GI-TOC focus on assassinations, disappearances and other forms of violence in the context of illicit economy. Also, she's interested in the consequences of organized crime and human rights in the context of humanitarian policies as well as law. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) with an LL.M. The graduate holds earned an LL.M. degree with a concentration in Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula is a graduate from her school at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with an MAGNACUM LOVE degree with a degree in Legal as well as Social Sciences. Her professional experience has included four years of practicing with a firm specializing in litigation involving public law. She has also held a various assisting position at and non-government organisations in Rio de Janeiro, and Geneva.
